How To Book
Booking by Post
Please ensure you have completed either a booking form for every trip you are booking, or you send your booking with all of the information normally required on our booking form.
If you require a confirmation of your booking, please make a note of this enclosed with your booking form and include a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
Online reservations and payments are available. To book online simply browse to the tour you wish to book, select your ticket type and boarding station from the drop down boxes and follow the on-screen instructions.
When placing your first booking, you will be asked to create an account with a password, that you will then be able to use every time you place a booking.
Please note, that all our online card transactions are processed with PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account.
Conditions of Booking
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with our Conditions of Booking before you place an order with West Coast Railways.
Making a booking confirms your acceptance of these terms and we can not be held responsible for any errors or ommissions on the part of the customer.
Copies are available by sending an request by post including a Stamped Addressed Envelope to our “Contact Us” address.
We can reserve your seats and take your booking details between 9:30am and 4pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that telephone lines can be very busy on Mondays and in the morning on other days, when we announce new tours or on the days immediately before our tours operate and we recommend our online booking/reservation system at these times.
