Enjoy all the pre-Christmas attractions of Scotland’s beautiful capital city with direct travel aboard our specially chartered train.
Edinburgh is one of our most popular destinations, and there is no wonder. First there is the journey north, with the stunning scenery of the East Cost to admire as the train rushes along the cliff tops giving spectacular sea views from the train. Then there are the attractions of Edinburgh, which include the famous castle, numerous museums, galleries, and the shops of Princess Street, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile. At Christmas time there are also two bustling Christmas Markets and an ice rink in the park. Add to this all the lights and decorations that you would expect of a capital city at this time of year and you have the perfect combination for a great day out.
Dining passengers will be served a full English breakfast and elevensies on the outward journey plus a delicious four course Christmas dinner on the return. Departure from Bridlington is expected to be around 0600 (Brough around 0715) with a break in Edinburgh of around four hours. Arrival back into Brough should be around 2130 and Bridlington around 2230.
