Whichever destination you choose, once you have alighted from the 'Scarborough Spa Express' at either York or Scarborough you can be assured of some of Britain's finest holiday attractions and entertainment. You will have also enjoyed a thrilling means of transport that's a great experience for both young and old - and don't forget to say "Hello!" to the driver!

There is a buffet on every train offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks.

It was anticipated that on some dates the engine known as the Hogwarts Express would be used to haul the carriage on the route of the Scarborough Spa Express. Unfortunately this is not possible due to Network Rail being unable to re-gauge certain parts of the line and they have been unable to clear an alternative route. Alternative fine steam engines will be used for the journey. See the engine known as the Hogwarts Express.
Whilst in York why not take some time out and see the engine which is on display in the Great Hall of the National Railway Museum in York.

The Scarborough Spa Express will be running Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from The July 20th through to September the 2nd 2010, including Bank Holiday Monday (30th August 2010).
