West Coast Railways, operators of ‘The Jacobite’, provided the steam engine and carriages for the 'Hogwarts Express' as seen in the 'Harry Potter' films including ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’ and others in this wonderful series of films.
Some of the carriages of ‘The Jacobite’ are those used in the ‘Harry Potter’ films. So, come and travel to Mallaig along the line used in the films, see the famous Glenfinnan viaduct, an unmistakeable landmark for all Harry Potter fans. It’s a great day out for all the family.

The jacobite is running from May to October in 2010. Departure times and fares can all be found in the Dates and Times section of the Jacobite pages.
