Unfortunately we cannot guarantee which way your seats will be facing, or which side of the train your seats will be on, as sometimes the carriages are turned around without notice. If you are not happy with your seats on the day the best thing to do is to ask the guard if there are any others available that you can swap to.

Some seats may be available to ‘Pay on the Day’. However, these operate on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. When available these seats can be purchased on the day from the guard at your chosen station.
A child ticket is classed as 16 or under.
Fares are subject to a minimum £3.25 booking fee.
Please note that there is a £15 Admin Fee when an amend is made to a booking.
